How is mediation different from going to court?

Mediation is private, faster, far less expensive and keeps decision-making in your hands rather than a judge's. You shape the outcome together.

How long does mediation usually take?

Most matters resolve in 1–4 sessions over a few weeks. Complex business disputes may take longer, but rarely more than a few months.

Is what I share kept confidential?

Yes. Mediation is fully confidential by law. Nothing discussed can be used in court should mediation not result in agreement.

Do I still need an attorney?

You're welcome to consult one, and we encourage it for legal review. But mediation itself does not require attorneys to be present.

What does it cost?

We offer transparent flat-rate sessions and packages. The first consultation is always complimentary.
